We conduct in-house training for companies on machine safety, conformity assessment, adaptation to requirements, and CE marking
-
Training is held in small groups (approx. 10 people) and is dedicated to maintenance staff, personnel responsible for purchasing machinery and production lines, employer representatives, OHS (BHP) services, and other interested departments
-
We provide condensed general knowledge, but above all, we answer questions regarding specific examples and requirements occurring in your plant
-
Practical exercises are conducted on machines, devices, or installations selected by the client
-
The duration of the training is approx. 5–6 hours

Training plan:
-
Legal aspects of machine safety: directives, standards, placing new and imported machines on the market, CE marking, used and modernized machines, responsibility of designers, manufacturers, suppliers, and users
-
Conformity assessment: risk assessment, selection of technical safety measures, technical documentation, information obligations
-
Selected practical issues for machine users: minimum requirements, creating machine assemblies, renovation, modernization, reconstruction, substantial modification, purchase of new and used machines from the EU and non-EU countries
-
Safety audit: conformity assessment procedure based on selected examples – exercises in the client’s machine park
